Trissy Riggs

Trissy Riggs is a nationally board-certified and credentialed Colon Hydrotherapist, graduating from California Coastal Institute in San Diego in 2023.

Her journey into colon hydrotherapy began as a client, where she experienced significant relief from extreme constipation. The passing of her grandmother from colon cancer at just 52 years old deepened her passion for gut health and preventative care.

Trissy is a proud member of the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT) and remains current with her continuing education, staying knowledgeable in a wide range of health and wellness topics.

Before pursuing Colon Hydrotherapy, Trissy spent over 34 years as a surgical assistant, holding certifications in oral and maxillofacial surgery as well as advanced cardiac life support (ACLS). Her extensive healthcare background, combined with her compassionate nature, makes her a natural caregiver.

She is deeply committed to helping others achieve optimal health and believes colon hydrotherapy is a powerful tool in that journey.
