Shauna Tatum

Shauna is an I-ACT Professional Level Certified and NBCHT Credentialed Colon Hydrotherapist. Until 2003, Shauna suffered for many years with digestive, skin, and sinus issues. After her doctor recommended colon hydrotherapy everything began to change. Over the following few months all of her symptoms subsided. Her skin issues cleared up and the sinus infections that she experienced every year stopped completely.

Those first colonics ignited a passion for health and wellness that led to many seminars and all of the books she could get her hands on regarding the importance of gut health.

Shauna achieved her certification as a colon hydrotherapist with the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapists in 2018 through the Las Vegas Colon Hydrotherapy School with Donna DeCarolis. She was trained in closed system and Libbe open system colon hydrotherapy. Through many years of self-awareness and study Shauna has discovered the crucial role of gut health in our physical, emotional, and mental health.

Shauna is passionate about supporting others in achieving wellness through colon hydrotherapy. She enjoys working one on one, getting to know her clients and helping them to feel their best. Her enthusiasm for life and health is sincere and her clients walk away feeling cared for and enlightened.

Shauna is a natural educator, having previously taught Pilates reformer classes and continuing in her twenty-five year career as an elementary school teacher. She continues to study natural health as well, focusing on whole food and plant-based eating. Some of her favorite mentors are Dr. Frank Sabatino, Dr. Michael Klaper, Dr. John McDougall, and Dr. Alan Goldhammer.

When she is not working at Health2o or teaching her kindergarteners, Shauna enjoys hiking, cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband, family, and dogs in Monterey.
