These options are available only with a valid doctor’s prescription, in full compliance with industry regulations.

Why a Prescription Is Required

By law, colon hydrotherapy practitioners may introduce water only unless a licensed medical professional has provided a prescription authorizing the use of additional substances. At Health2o, we take this requirement seriously. We will never administer an additive without a prescription on file. This protects your safety and ensures that any additive used is appropriate for your individual needs.

If you already work with a holistically minded doctor, we can provide them with a simple email containing all the information they need, including the exact wording required for the prescription. For clients who prefer a streamlined option, we also partner with a prescribing doctor who offers a brief phone appointment for $50. Dr. Toni Varela, ND can review your health history, answers questions, and determine whether additives are safe for you. Prescriptions include unlimited refills, so you only need to complete this step once.

Each additive is organic, selected for clients seeking additional support in their wellness routines, and can be included with your session for a minimal fee. With a doctor’s approval, you may choose from:
